Overview
29th April 2025 is the birthday of Lord Parashurama, the sixth Avatar of Lord Vishnu and one of the seven Immortals. Parashurama and Sage Agastya are regarded as the founders of kalari payattu. Parashurama developed the northern form, which involves weaponry taught to him by Lord Shiva. To avenge the murder of his illustrious father, he rid Earth of the tyrannical ruling class twenty one times. He received the Tripura Rahasya (the secrets of the Divine Mother) from Lord Dattatreya, which he delivered to the world.
30th April is the highly auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, which brings prosperity and luck and bestows 1000x more success on any deeds performed on that day. Akshaya Tritiya marks the start of the first Yuga, Satya Yuga (the Golden Age). Lord Kubera received the position of the god of wealth on this auspicious day. The benefits of donations are amplified, reducing the karmic burden of past births and increasing virtue manifold.

Event Highlights
- The homa will be performed in the Mohanji Datta Tapovan ashram in Ganeshpuri.
- Coconut offering on behalf of the participants to burn their accumulated baggage over past lives and the present life on Parashurama Jayanti (April 29th 2025) and/or on Akshaya Tritiya (April 30th 2025).
- All proceeds from the homa will be used towards Mohanji Datta Tapovan in Ganeshpuri.

“Non-residential” means the package doesn’t include overnight accommodation. Participants need to make their own lodging arrangements in Varanasi.

Our package includes lunch. However, participants will need to arrange their own breakfast and dinner.
